I won't get into the whole "I have pretty girl privilege and I sue when not everyone recognizes it" thing, but the idea that this woman should be considered by anyone as "black" is baffling. I'm not saying that they don't, or that that's not how she identifies, what's just crazy is that someone with so little apparent african heritage would be considered as "black".
