I've been on this stuff almost a week and am now tapering off of it but it still must be built up in my body. A friend had to take it for months a few years ago and it drove him crazy. I can see why. I'm now wide awake at 3:30am.

Interesting experience, someone on my friends list is applying for a job as a photojournalist and asked for helped in selecting images to send along with the resuume. He's an excellent photographer, and what I was struck by (in this middle of the night review) was how clearly some of his photos were about something and some were not but were still excellent images.

I think that's what missing in what I've been doing is that "about something". I can make good images that people like to look at. But is there a sense of it capturing a moment? Can I figure out how to pre-conceive those moments? Or should I stick to making my friends look interesting and good, and taking pictures of flowers and plants....
