I can't stop crying.



It's just that she was always there, always involved, always making me smile.

I guess I just don't do loss very well anymore.

This has been a really difficult time and all the people who said supportive things really made a difference. Things are getting better and the perspective that we gave this little dog a year of unconditional love - and she us - is starting to balance out the awfulness at the end. Which it should.

I think I'll always miss her, though, and I know I'll always be thankful for what she gave me during a rough period in my life.
