I just got it from iTunes. I've been a sucker for her voice since I bought a Banshees single at a record collectors swapmeet, before the first album came out.

Unlike Kate Bush's last which got great reviews and then rapidly disappeared from everyone's consciousness I think this one has legs. It's big and loud and different but not jarringly so. You get the idea that she's taken all the things she's learned and is using them in a pop release that could possibly be more successful than anything she's done before (which sadly wouldn't be hard...). There's nothing ground-breaking here for her (although it would be if anyone else did it) but after two listenings I just want to play it again.

You get the feeling that she knows *exactly* what she's doing.

I would love to hear dance remixes of these so that someday I can go out dancing and shake my booty to that fabulous voice.
