Yay

I was a stressy mess Sunday and this morning, nowhere near what I would have been in the past but it was a struggle to maintain any level of serenity. I also didn't know what time today the interview was and I knew it was going to be last-minute scramble to get into the city for it. Things fell into place pretty well, though, and at noon I was waiting in the lobby.

It went well. After I left they sent mail to the agency saying they wanted me for the contract. Since these seem to be very picky people I'm well flattered. Might start as early as Wednesday.

Considering what was going on a couple of months ago, this is nothing short of miracle-level wonderful.

I have a stupid little phone. It's not befitting my soon-to-be status as a Wall St IT executive.

Should I just drink the koolaid and get the iphone? I'm suspicious of anything Apple does in the small gadget arena both because of durability concerns and that bullshit about not being able to fixed bricked iPhones.

But every time I touch one I want it.

Should I really consider a Blackberry or any of the other PDAs?
