Cramping Piriformis, and ask me something if you want

I appear to have done something to cause my left piriformus muscle - it radiates from the base of the spine out to the hip, under the big gluteal muscle - to spasm. Ouch ouch ouch. There was one position I could sleep in but it made me snore which irritated Ernie so he kept waking me up. 800mg ibuprofen provides about 2 hours of relief. I sat in the hot tub and stretched this morning and I think I'll be able to get into the office in a while. But seriously, ouch ouch ouch.

This appears to be ask me anything month. I think I did this last year and only answered a few but last year this time things were not going very well which is probably why that happened. I seriously have no idea what people here think or know about me - I know some people from here in physical space.... but I don't know what they know either. Why can't people just read minds?

So go ahead, if you're curious I promise to answer this time. I'll even answer with a photo if that's appropriate. Let me know if you want the question to remain anonymous, if you have a name you'd want to use (no fair pretending to be someone else on my friends list!), if you want me to assign a sobriquet, or if I should, like pagerbear invent a descriptive adjective.

I don't know if I'd be relieved or upset if no one asks. I'll let you know :)
