Need to clean the kitchen, so relative shorthand:
At the gym in NJ last week I started chatting with this guy who was too nice to be straight, turns out he's a chiropractor and is local and several locals know him and highly recommended him. I had an appt on Tuesday, while waiting in walks my lesbian dog walker with his dog - anyone she likes is someone I trust - and his dog and I bonded and the dog spent the morning with me through various treatments.
He took an Xray of my lower back and yo, there was a clear alignment weirdness in the way lower part and during the exam, a severe lack of flexibility in the hip on that side. Various movements, etc and things felt a lot better but I have couple more appts to get things back to where they should be.
This guy has *great* energy. I don't think he's a 'mo but he's totally comfortable with, seemingly everything.
Made fresh pasta to go with the bolognese recipe that Ernie is working on. I think for noodles the sheets should be not so thin. But it was a good start.
Interesting response to the pictures I took yesterday. I'm immensely thankful of friends who will be straightforward. It occurred to me today that I didn't think anyone was going to look at my face, and maybe that's a reason for working out so hard. So my challenge (as more than one person challenged me) is to try to take some pictures that express me as opposed to a suit of armor I might be using to keep that less important.
Ha ha ha ha. Just kidding. More beefcake!
