Piriformis angry! Swell spasm scrape! Ow ow ow!

It started to get sore last Thursday. Worse over the weekend. Read up on treatments and specific stetcues are part of it but those seem to either not make a difference or make it worse. So I found a NYC practice that specializes in it/sciatica and I'm on way in.

Standing up is excruciating. But once I get up it's ok.

I am so tired of this. Maybe I'll get a shot of Botox in it and have done with it.
