Birthday dinner at Bouley.
Oct. 6th, 2008 10:37 amOne of the best meals I've ever had. Every course was perfect, different flavors either blending or contrasting. We did the six-course chef's choice. Cod, lobster, foie gras, egg, lamb. Perfect pairings of some amazing wines. Three hours from start to finish and it didn't feel dragged out or rushed at any point. Our waiter was fun, french, and of course highly professional.
We got there at 5pm, still daylight, the first people in the restaurant. Ernie was looking through the wine list but we didn't need it.
