One of the best meals I've ever had. Every course was perfect, different flavors either blending or contrasting. We did the six-course chef's choice. Cod, lobster, foie gras, egg, lamb. Perfect pairings of some amazing wines. Three hours from start to finish and it didn't feel dragged out or rushed at any point. Our waiter was fun, french, and of course highly professional.

We got there at 5pm, still daylight, the first people in the restaurant. Ernie was looking through the wine list but we didn't need it.

Last night at Bouley. The entrance is small room with racks on the side filled with apples. The aroma is as wonderful as you would expect a room full of apples to be.
