In a Flickr group for junk cameras, in the midst of a fiery argument about whether a crappy camera on an expensive phone qualified as "junk" and if using a Holga was about simplifying as opposed to reducing the overwhelming number of options that come with a sharp image-taking camera, someone posted about an iphone application called Camerabag.

It applies effects to images on the phone and stores them. I like some of them quite a bit. My favorite is the b/w effect called 1962. Here're two examples:
